What Does This Do?
BBK's 90mm throttle body is the largest bolt-on unit you can put on a 5.7 L or 6.4 L HEMI. The stock 6.4 L comes with an 87mm throttle body, so the 90mm opens up a bit more airflow. On a completely stock engine, the gains are modest (5-8 HP) because the rest of the intake tract is still restrictive. But once you add a cold air intake and get a tune to take advantage of the extra airflow, the gains compound significantly. BBK CNC-machines these from billet aluminum for precise fitment and smooth airflow — no casting imperfections that create turbulence.
