a Fe's Twisted Steel headers are CNC-mandrel bent from 304 stainless steel for smooth, unrestricted exhaust flow. The 1-7/8" primary tubes are sized perfectly for the 6.4 L HEMI — large enough for great flow without losing exhaust velocity. The merge collectors use a performance-optimized design that reduces turbulence where the individual tubes come together. Like all long tube headers, these REQUIRE matching mid-pipes (factory mid-pipes won't bolt up) and a tune to recalibrate the engine for the improved exhaust flow. The gains are substantial — 25-40 HP depending on the rest of your setup.
